Track. Refill. Relax.

Refill watches what's actually in your kitchen, bathroom, and pantry, and tells you what's running low before you're standing in the store trying to remember.

The four things Refill does

Everything a running household actually needs to track

No spreadsheets, no sticky notes on the fridge. Add something once and Refill takes it from there.

Track

Scan a barcode, type a name, or just say it out loud. Every item you add builds your household's real inventory.

Predict

Refill learns how fast you actually use things and gives every item a plain Low, Medium, or High priority - not a generic timer.

Shop

Low items land on your shopping list, already grouped by the store you get them from - one trip, nothing forgotten.

Sync

Share a household with roommates or family. One list, updated everywhere, the moment someone adds or crosses something off.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

Add what you have

Scan it, type it, or say it. Takes a few seconds per item, and you only do it once.

Get a heads-up

As you use things, Refill quietly tracks the pace and flags what's about to run out.

Shop with a real list

Everything that needs restocking shows up sorted by store - check it off as you go.

Built for shared homes

One household, one list, everyone in sync

Living with roommates, a partner, or family? Everyone in the household sees the same inventory and shopping list. Add something from the kitchen, and it's already there when someone else opens the app on the way out the door.

Privacy

No ads. No tracking. Just your list.

We don't run ads or third-party analytics inside Refill. The only data we store is what the app needs to work for you and the people you share a household with - nothing gets sold, and nothing gets tracked beyond that.

  • No ad SDKs, no third-party analytics
  • Your household's list is visible only to people you invite
  • Delete any item, leave a household, or delete your account any time

What we collect

To create your account, we collect an email address and a password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). To run the household features you actually use, we store what you tell the app: item names, quantities, categories, your shopping list, and which store you associate with an item. This is stored on our backend so it can sync across your devices and with anyone you share a household with - nothing more.

What we don't do

We don't run ads. We don't use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We don't build a profile of you beyond what the app needs to function for you and your household.

Household sharing

If you join or create a household, the members of that household can see the inventory and shopping-list data associated with it. This is the core function of the app (shared lists) and is visible only to people you've explicitly added to your household.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers we operate, used solely to run the app's features (sync across your devices, household sharing). We don't use it for any other purpose.

Your control

You can delete items, leave a household, or delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, other than what we're required to retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
