What we collect

To create your account, we collect an email address and a password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). To run the household features you actually use, we store what you tell the app: item names, quantities, categories, your shopping list, and which store you associate with an item. This is stored on our backend so it can sync across your devices and with anyone you share a household with — nothing more.

Product analytics

We track how the app is used — screens viewed, features used, sync activity, and errors encountered — tied to your account, household, and device so we can debug issues and improve the app. This is first-party analytics we operate ourselves; we don't use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and this data is never shared with advertisers.

What we don't do

We don't run ads. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We don't use your data for anything beyond running and improving the app for you and your household.

Household sharing

If you join or create a household, the members of that household can see the inventory and shopping-list data associated with it. This is the core function of the app (shared lists) and is visible only to people you've explicitly added to your household.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers we operate, used solely to run the app's features (sync across your devices, household sharing). We don't use it for any other purpose.

Your control

You can delete items, leave a household, or delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, other than what we're required to retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
